Drop an email. Add a ZIP, a county slug, or words like vacant, surplus, or portland. We store the watch before you pay.

We index the public lists
A handful of counties have live public-list fetchers. Everyone else is a seed restamp so the URL can rank. The page says which is which.

Get the email when it matches
A digest when a new lot hits your watch. Street, opening bid, and sale date unlock after you pay. Confirm the county file before you bid.

Fetchers are wired for all 36 Oregon counties (Oregon Sheriffs Sales, plus Multnomah Tax Title), 51 CivilView sheriff offices, and Hamilton County IN SheriffSalePublic (86 county pages total). A nightly run reports how many of those returned rows. We do not scrape all 3,143 county-equivalents.
