TaxSaleNearby emails you when a watched county tax sale, tax-defaulted lot, sheriff sale, or public surplus listing matches. It is an alert product, not a title company, broker, or law firm.

Many pages on this MVP use demo seed data so county URLs can be indexed. Seed opening bids and dates are illustrative. You must confirm every fact with the county or the sheriff before you bid or claim surplus.

Price is $1 to join and $1 per month unless Stripe prices are changed in the Dashboard. The join fee is billed with the first subscription invoice. Cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal. No refunds on the $1 join once Checkout completes, except where Stripe or law requires one.

We do not guarantee that a list is complete, that a lot is still on the sale, or that you will have time to due-diligence a match. Public calendars move. Accounts get pulled when taxes are paid.
