Privacy

We collect the email you type, plus optional ZIP, county, and keyword watches. That is enough to send alerts and to open a Stripe customer when you subscribe.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription IDs so the portal can open. We do not store full card numbers.

Transactional email is sent through Resend when RESEND_API_KEY is set. Watch confirmations, the post-checkout welcome, and lot digests are the only messages in this MVP.

Listing pages use public-record style seed data. We do not sell a marketing list of subscribers in this product.

Analytics: Vercel Analytics is on. If NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID is set, Google Analytics 4 is also loaded. Conversion stubs fire for signup, checkout_started, and checkout_completed.

To delete a watch or a subscriber row, email alerts@taxsalenearby.com from the same address. Cancel billing in the Stripe customer portal.
